Examining Muslim Passengers’ Satisfaction on Perceived Value of Islamic Cruises

Although there has been much research on Islamic perspectives within tourism, knowledge related to cruise tourism is less represented the literature. Due demand for cruises, it very important illustrate several features and characteristics of hospitality services that come context. Therefore, this study aims investigate passengers’ perceived values satisfaction test moderator religiosity as a neglected variable establish relationship potential sector. Data were gathered through self-administered questionnaires 106 Muslim passengers who had experience with services. SPSS was performed analyze proposed hypotheses. Findings showed have positive effect towards satisfaction. Religiosity found not significant between physical attributes non-physical passenger This implies need key players in especially Ministry Tourism, Arts Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), managers operators focus these factors pursuit more competitive advantage long-term profits.
